Physical damages to products void all warranties, express or implied.
Device & DISPOSABLE WARRANTY CONDITIONS
To have a valid warranty claim on a Device or disposable vape Device, you must keep the product packaging/outer sleeve which contains the proof of purchase and authentication stickers. We cannot warranty Devices or disposable vape Devices without their original packaging.
